No Bake Energy Bites


We all need an energy boostΒ  to stay focused and motivated. And if you have faced this problem, my healthiest solution for you is: Energy Bites! This recipe is so healthy and easy to make. It’s a grab and go snack!

Ingredients :

  • 2/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup dry old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

Directions :

In a bowl, stir together all the ingredients with a spatula. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes,Β or until firmed.Β Use a small spring-loaded scoop or two spoons to make balls about 1-inch in diameter. And then, they are ready to eat!
