Quick And Easy Crepe Recipe

It’s crepe time! You have eggs, milk and flour in the house almost all the time right? Then, you can make crepes. It’s not a difficult skill to master. If I can do it, you can too. Within 15 minutes you’ll have delicious crepes ready for filling. I learnt this recipe from my mom. It’s so easy to make! So let’s get started!

Quick and Easy Crepe

For the crepe:

2 cups of flour
1 cup of milk
4 eggs
3/4 cup of vegetable oil

For the filling:

Fruits of your choice: bananas, stawberries, or anything you like (optional)

In a large mixing bowl, whisk flour and eggs. Slowly add milk and vegetable oil stirring until smooth.
Refrigerate for one hour.
Take a small frying pan and take 2 tablespoons of the batter and pour into the center of the pan. tilt the pan to swirl in a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
Cook for 1 minute, then flip and cook another 1 minute. Set aside your crepes on a plate  as you cook them.
Fill it with Nutella and fruits of your choice.

I hope you try this super delicious, and surprisingly easy to make recipe! Don’t forget to leave your feedback 🙂
Until next time! Love, MN.
